Kevin Jones 

Kevin is the Managing Director at she ltd. With considerable experience in safety and environmental management, Kevin has worked within challenging multi-contract and multi-customer environments: in construction; manufacturing; warehousing; and offices. Among a host of other qualifications, Kevin is NEBOSH certified and holds the NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma in Environmental Management.

Office Administrator

Jackie Heath

Jackie is the company's main office administrator. She holds a first class honours degree in Psychology. After graduating in 2010, and working in a variety of admin positions, she joined the company's admin team in May 2011.

Will Cowley

Will is also one of the company's office administrators, and is responsible for managing the social media side of the business. A budding health and safety enthusiast himself, Will has recently cut down on his hours at she ltd to study Disaster Management at Coventry University. 

Book Keeper

Debbie Reckling

Debbie is the company's book keeper and is responsible for the company's finances, including balancing accounts, completing VAT returns, preparing invoices for the Inland Revenue etc.

Systems developer

Andrew Knight

Andrew is the company's systems developer. With a proven track record for developing and implementing strategies to maximise overall organisational performance, Andrew is responsible for both implementing and maintaining the company's management systems and databases.

Our Associate Consultants

Darren Male - Darren is the Director of the QUENSH Consultancy and works on behalf of she ltd to provide Health & Safety and Environmental Management systems. He is NEBOSH qualified and is also a Member of Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register (OSHCR). Darren is an IEMA Fellow Assessor, IEMA Chartered Environmentalist Mentor and sits on number of advisory panels.

Gary Smith - Gary works for Bespoke Health and Safety on behalf of she ltd and specialises in Manufacturing Health and Safety, however is also a good Health and Safety all-rounder. Gary is NEBOSH qualified, holds an IOSH Managing Certificate and has exemplary customer service skills at every level. 

Brian Wililams - Brian works for Garland Associates on behalf of she ltd and specialises in Construction Health and Safety. He works on large construction projects, is NEBOSH qualified and is also a member of the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register (OSHCR).

Mike Simpson - works for MS Quality Projects and specialises in Quality Management Systems (QMS).  Mike is NEBOSH qualified and is a registered Consultant with the Chartered Quality Institute.
