Who should take this assessment?

This is a Forklift Truck assessment. It is aimed at employers or dutyholders. There are approximately 40 questions to answer. It will take 40 minutes to complete and will help with compliance to the Health and Safety at Work Act, 1974 and Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, 1999. It will also help to comply with PUWER and LOLER.

How much does it cost?

The cost of each assessment varies. The cost is dependent on the detail of the assessment and how many questions are contained within the assessment. 

The purchase of this assessment requires a one off payment of £4.99 and once you have purchased the assessment that is it.  This means that a single user can use this assessment over and over again i.e. they can return to this assessment as many times as they like.
